Matric or equivalent (final high school results) means your o'level certificate. Either WASSCE or NECO.

It wasn't an interview per say. Just a chat where a couple of questions about you will be asked and you will be allowed to ask questions too, if you have any. The duration is about 5mins.


I don't think that's the final interview. One more interview to go.

Yes I was successful at the assessment centre. 1st batch. I had one on one interview after individual presentation.

It was a good experience. We started 9am and finished around 7pm.

We were given a 15-page document (a business case) to study for 30 minutes. Followed by a group discussion.

We had a group presentation, after that a 2-page document with information related to the earlier document was given to us to study for 45 minutes which ended with a 3-minute individual presentation.

We rounded up with one-on-one panel interview with members of Unilever sales team and HR.
