Please could you help me. I registered at Alausa through one of those agents since June 8 and I am yet to capture. And I need to have my passport by August.

The agent is just nonchalant, telling me to keep on waiting, three weeks and I am yet to capture. I don't know what to do, am confused.

Please I would appreciate if you could assist by linking me with someone so I can at least capture. Anyhow please.
