NDDC/ESI Skills programme and NDDC/CID skills programme are different... if u applied for NDDC/CID programme, it will show error because msg in respect to dat programme has not been circulated. ( I also applied for that).... I mean I applied for both

I got a message as from nddc this morning via sms. I quote "thank you for your part in THE NDDC/ESI SKILLS PROGRAMME. Your registration is incomplete. Please complete it using your code online at; www.nddc.gov.ng/up/ I have completed mine already
