This result is ok. You don't need hormonal test. For STD ; if you have symptoms u can go for it

Seminal Fluid Analysis (SFA) is analysing the end product. If it is not good, that does not tell u where the problem is.
There is need for thorough physical medical examination and further lab. tests to get to the root cause.
There are solutions to almost all these problems. Try and see a Doctor who will put you thru and be patient with him/her. Be very sure he/she is a Doctor and stay with him/her unless you are refer by him/her.
I know many homes are going thru this problem. May God answer your prayers soonest.

Infertility hmm.. 10-15% of couples are affected. 35% of due to Male factors, 35% due to female factors, 20% frm both and 10% from unknown cause.
Male factors are from:

PRETESTICULAR(fuel supply) ;Hormonal problem.

TESTICULAR(generator) problem.

POST-TESTICULAR(product suppliers)

So if hormones (fuel) are not supply or insufficient the testes(generators) will of course have problem in generating semen.

Also if hormones are well supplied but the testes (generators) are faulty there is bound to be problem in generation (Production of semen)

More so, even if hormones(fuel) are well supplied and the testes(generators) are very good but the supply chains have problem's' the product(semen) might have damage before getting to the users end (ovum).

We need to know where the problem's' is/are before we can tackle it.
