PLS MY IPHONE ACCOUNT IS DISABLE/LOCKED, AM NOT THE ONE THAT SET IT UP BUT I HAVE THE ICLOUD DETAILS, ANY SOLUTION? I CANT ACCESS THE MAIL AND THE SECRET QUESTION IS SHOWING "FLITZPIEPE", DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS.

if iPhone is disabled then you have to reload/restore the phone with iTunes,make sure you have the iCloud details before you do that if the phone is bound to one.
