There is no problem with Kaduna Refinery, it is the supply of crude to the refinery that is the issue. This is because the pipelines that supplies crude to the refinery is always vandalized. That is the main reason why the federal govt is planning to construct pipeline from Niger Republic to Kaduna Refinery. Same thing that Kaduna state is doing. I wonder why the Niger Delta Govs cannot enter into a PPP arrangement to build refineries in the region. Rather, they will invest in projects that are not viable.
