I dont know about the generality of Lecturers,but all of my Lecturers so far have shown a modicum of IT savvy,preparing online and offline Course-ware for us,and one of them uses a Tab in Class. About skipping Classes,only one Lecturer so far has done that,and I think she has some peculiar Circumstances,so Sir,like I said;wrong...and wrong.
