It is definitely worrisome. We can't give him 2-3 years if things do not improve sha. He has until next season to get things right. Once he has an adequate pre-season to work with the players he has been given, he has no excuse not to at least drastically improve the way the team is playing. If by the middle of next season we are not showing significant improvement he needs to go.

You can't buy a leopard and expect it to behave like a rhino. The club went to appoint a manager that uses a formation that makes a large part of our squad redundant. What did they expect? Now that they have signed him, they have to give him the profile of players that allows his system to work. If they appoint him and handicap him in terms of player signings, they are only setting him up to fail.

We need 2 attacking WBs. We need 2 energetic midfielders that are also decent on the ball. We need a pacy left 10. We need a striker that can both hold up play and also run in behind.

I had never really seen Amorin's teams play before we appointed him but after watching less than 1hr of tactical videos on his formation i knew that half of our team including several important players could not fit. I hope the club knew that as well.

3 key positions that should have been sorted this transfer window are LWB, CM and striker. Its 20th and we have none. Even if its just two, its non-negotiable. If not the weeping will be too much. I don't see Mainoo ready to play a 2 man CM. He is not quick and strong enough
