https://i1.wp.com/www.latestphonezone.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Printer-scanner.png?fit=640%2C547&ssl=1 Buying a printer can be a difficult process as there are several factors that you have to consider especially when you want to find the printer that will suit your needs. Whether you are buying a simple printer or a multifunction printer, you can surely find these 5 things to consider when buying a printer useful. Most people feel lost when they are sorting out the specs so, here are some tips that can help you evaluate and understand what those things mean. Photocopying Resolution The resolution of a photocopier is measured in dpi or dots per inch which is the maximum number of dots that can be printed in an inch both vertically and horizontally. Today, the lowest resolution for most printers is 600 dpi and this is quite sufficient for most of your printing needs but if you are planning to print tiny text and graphics, it would be great to have a printer with 1,200 dpi or more. However, it is important to stress out that you won’t really feel any difference for printers with 1,200 dpi and over. Aside from these factors, you should remember that the resolution of the output will depend on the kind of paper that will be used when you are printing something. Most people use the 20-pound plain paper which is alright but the ink will wick and bleed along the fibers making it the least ideal choice when you are rooting for the highest quality. High quality coated paper can hold droplets of various sizes and shapes making it the perfect choice for high-resolution prints. Connectivity features Most printers today can usually be fitted with a Universal Serial Bus or USB as well as the standard cable for the Ethernet which comes with an RJ-45 connector. But aside from these basic features, there are also more ways to connect to a printer such as wireless support printing, infrared connections, cloud printing as well as built-in printing servers with Wi-Fi. Printers with modern connectivity features can be a great addition to your home or office as it eradicates the need for traditional hardwired ports. Some printers with their own servers today allows people to send an email over to a unique address assigned to a printer and the document attached to the email is immediately printed. Evaluating the connectivity features of any printer is also one of the things to consider when buying a printer. Speed https://i1.wp.com/www.latestphonezone.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Printer-scanner.png?fit=640%2C547&ssl=1 One of the greatest frustrations that people have, when they are using a printer, is the speed. If you are in your workplace where a lot is being printed, you will definitely require a machine which can produce copies quickly while those who are utilizing a printer for home use wouldn’t mind a bit of delay. When you want to assess the speed of the printer, be sure to look for the ppm which stands for photos per minute that the printer can produce. Unfortunately, most manufacturers only use draft mode on plain paper to test the ppm of their machine so the best thing to do is to expect only half the speed promised on the specs. If you are looking for office quality printers, it would be great to get machines from Fuji Xerox Australia. Printer memory and processor This specification will only matter when you are using a laser printer. Since inkjet prints line by line, the memory or processor wouldn’t matter much. But when you are using a laser printer, you have to print page by page so the memory matters. If you have to print something with a lot of graphics, especially at high resolutions, the memory can make a lot of difference. Paper Almost all printers can accommodate legal and letter-sized paper as well as enveloped and special paper but if your business or work requires you to use paper with unusual features, you have to look for a printer where you can use it. When buying a printer, it is important to evaluate the features of the device to see whether it can satisfy your needs and if it can keep up with your work or lifestyle. Also read>> Meet Meizu Zero: The World’s First Smartphone without Ports Sony Xperia XZ4 Design and Display Reviews https://i0.wp.com/www.latestphonezone.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Sony-Xperia-XZ4.jpg?resize=640%2C360&ssl=1 The Xperia series has been much criticized when it comes to their designs by users in the past. Most users believe that the Xperia series like Xperia XZ2 and XZ3 lacks appealing designs, which largely contributed to the smartphones not doing well as expected in the market. Whether Sony Mobile is going to modify the latest Xperia XZ4 design is hugely up to them, but some recent leaks suggest the new smartphone will come with a wide 6.5-inch, 3360 x 1440 OLED display with an aspect ratio of 21:9. No wonder Sony adopted ‘CinemaWide’ as the trademark term for this latest smartphone, which suggests that Sony Xperia XZ4 will feature a long thin wide display. Sony Xperia according to some leaks will be featuring a small bar above the display which will be housing triple lens setup, instead of a notch. What this means is that the latest Sony Xperia XZ4 will be rocking three selfie cameras on the front. The buttons will be on the right-hand side and the USB-C charging port at the bottom. Sony Xperia XZ4 Camera https://i1.wp.com/www.latestphonezone.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/xperia-camera.jpg?resize=640%2C707&ssl=1 A recent leak on the device by Sumahoinfo shows that the upcoming Sony Xperia XZ4 will be rocking three rear camera sensors with an LED flash positioned directly above them. The smartphone will pack a whopping 52 Megapixels main shooter with f/1.6 aperture, a 16-megapixel telephoto sensor with an f/2.6 aperture, and there is also a 0.3 Mega-pixel Time of Flight sensor for measuring the depth at the rear. If these leaks about the rear cameras are correct, then the 52MP main shooter clearly beats the 48MP seen in Xiaomi Redmi Note 7, Redmi Note 7 Pro, and Honor Views 20 latest smartphones. On the front is a 24-Megapixels camera for a sharp and clear selfie. Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, tagged along with 6GB of RAM for fast data processing. When it comes to storage capacity, Sony Xperia XZ4 packs enough internal space of 128GB that can be expanded up to 512GB with a MicroSD card. Sony Xperia XZ4 Battery and Price The device will be powered by a 4,400mAh battery, armed with a fast charging technology. The price for this latest smartphone has not been officially fixed but since the Xperia XZ3 was launched at the price of $900, we expect Xperia XZ4 to arrive within that price range or below. Nokia was one of the best and trusted mobile phone brands in the world, with so many successful smartphone series released from 2000 to 2012. Nokia N8 Symbian smartphone that was released in 2010 was the first Symbian smartphone to feature 12 Mega Pixel camera (auto focus) with almost 4 million units sold in Q4 2010. Nokia was simply top player in mobile phone market, occupying the top spot in almost every quarter from 2000 to 2010. I guess their downfall started when they failed recognize that the global smartphone market was moving away from the usual Symbian and Windows support kind of smartphones to Android, and the rest switching to Iphone. Even the popular Lumia smartphones released in 2012, with over 7 million units sold within Q1, Q2, and Q3 was not able to drag spot with the 26 million IPhone and 105 million Android phones that were sold in just Q2 same year. Nokia was really defeated and Microsoft sold the company to HMD in 2016. Nokia under the new owner, HMD re-strategized and came back to business in 2017. This time, the new management finally adopted Android and launched some Android-powered smartphones. Unfortunately, most didn’t do well in the market, except Nokia 6 and Nokia 7 Plus released in 2017 and 2018 respectively. Recently, Nokia has announced that a new Nokia smartphone will be launched towards the end of January 2019. The name as they called it is Nokia 9 or Nokia 9 PureView. The upcoming Nokia smartphone will be coming with some dope and interesting features which could be Nokia's next big market booster and might be the true flagship stunner to drive the brand to new heights. Also read>> Huawei Y9 (2019): Reviews, Specifications and Price Nokia 9 was actually rumoured to be released in 2018, but it was not released. In early December, blogger Roland Quandt wrote a report at WinFuture claiming that HMD Global German marketing executive Britta Gerbracht cited quality issues as the cause of delays. "So far, the quality of the camera has not yet reached the necessary level, which is why HMD Global [has] so far refrained from a market launch," he wrote. As we await the official launch of the new Nokia 9 smartphone, let us look at some of the interesting features the smartphone will be coming with and the rumoured price. Design and Display Review The Nokia 9 will come with a notched display design that features seven holes containing the Penta lens on rear. Instead of the normal metal build that is common with other Nokia smartphones, Nokia 9 has a glass build that enables Qi wireless charging with curved edges. On the display, the android smartphone will be launched with a 5.9-inch Capacitive QHD PureView display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The fingerprint scanner is on the display, not the rear which makes the smartphone unique. Camera Review For me, the major selling point of this upcoming Nokia 9 smartphone is the camera setup. The smartphone will come with five camera setup on the back along with flash and sensors. The front hosts bright 12 Mega Pixels selfie for exceptional selfie shots. Apart from the five cameras setup the phone will come with, another interesting highlight of this upcoming Nokia smartphone is the wireless charging feature. The Nokia 9 as we learnt will have 6GB and 8GB of RAM options to choose from, with a massive 64GB and 128GB of internal storage capacity respectively. The storage of the smartphone can be expanded up to 256GB with MicroSD Card. Software Review The smartphone runs Android OS, v8.0 (Oreo). The Sensors come packed with a series of sensors, like IRIS scanner, waterproof, fingerprint and sensor. The new smartphone makes use of an Octa-core (2.45 GHz, Quad core, Kryo + 1.9 GHz, Quad core, Kryo), Qualcomm Snapdragon 845. Price Review No official price has been tagged on the smartphone as at this moment, but the device being an upper mid-range smartphone with some impressive features, the price might be a bit expensive. In fact, a report from MySmartPrice suggests a launch price of US$999. If this is true, then Nokia must be incredibly confident that the new smartphone will be their next big market booster. >>READ FULL SPECIFICATION HERE>>
