I'm not sure you actually need a VPN to run a Paypal account.

From my experience such accounts doesn't last has they're easily detectable even when on proxy.

I lost quite few a month of $ when my paypal was limited without means to resolve it.

I stumbled upon a domain thread whereby a guy helped me create one ... The name is cc: Tolzeal maybe he could help.

so i have to create another new paypal that wont be needing a vpn. But is that possible for a US paypal acct?
