I have already taken that action. Just like other legitimate businesses on nairaland, I take my business really serious.

Such things shouldn't be allow to foster. It's just wrong and hurtful for guys working so hard to build a brand and one wrong accusation could ruin it.

He definitely has another username where he advertises his services. He is probably one of those 5k - 15k website designers spoiling people here in order to have customers patronize him. This guy will perpetually be in poverty and will continually be paid peanuts. Idiota

You can't actually make a bank block another person's account.
It takes a process and the bank will never unblock the account until the issue is resolved.
You seem to think he is a kind of god who can scam anybody,
well, maybe those involved in businesses that cannot be named.
