What language is the site to be managed built on? Your job description is misleading. How do all these SQL Server, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, XML and cascading style sheets relate to website Manager? I think the role should be Web Developer with Graphics Design skills. It seems the person that wrote the job description just copied it from somewhere without understanding. From the look of things, it seems what you need is c#/Javascript Developer-Full Stack with Graphic Design skills. I hope you're not asking all these just to manage a WordPress site.
