What about the maintenance cost after setup?

What are the routines to maintain, how often and what does it entail especially in relation to cost.

Ensure you dnt flush in Nylons or any related materials that’s all.

But if it happens still no problem it easy to maintain with just 5% to 10% cost of production!

To your last question, there’s always a solution for every Defect in the building!.

Then on your first question: They’re may causes for cracks in walls and they’re type of cracks depending on the causes.

But the most serious ones is structural cracks.
This is the type of cracks showing in your reference pictures.

Here are likely causes for the defect:
- Settlement : This has a result in earth movement. And it normal for every building to move, but in static position without experiencing differential movement.

- Construction methodology: The process of construction.
E.g if earth filling is settle after (DPC).
placing a wall directly on low cost Dpc
Etc…

- Materials: This play a major roll in the failure of a structure.

Recommendation: Site visit for proper examination and Diagnosing this will help to validate the best application to treat the cracks.
