you know next to nothing. If the soldier did not sign off, even the chief of army staff cannot collect his riffle, the only person that can collect his riffle is the president (tinubu) . Riffle is more important than a soldier life in the army.

If a soldier die , the first thing the military ask is his riffle because they believe that is the only way to get revenge.
