The police has no right to ban anything that's not under its control. POSs are under the control CBN, only they can tell the POSs what to do or what not. Also the Local Government Council, by legislation. The police is not a legislative arm of government. They are law enforcers, not lawmakers. The POS should go to court.

Give your building project to a building engineer and get a better job. The real engineering courses that put your knowledge of physics and mathematics to elastic limits are civil and marine engineering. These are real professional engineering courses. I hate architecture , a course for very lazy minds. Mind you , I'm a computer engineer.

This kind of legal counsel that you people gave to him throughout the trial that put him in the pit where he is now. Always giving your own primitive , uninformed and sentimental desires and opinions as legal stands. First, where us the stand for the retrial? But you want retrial, then there must be retrial. And he CANNOT file for retrial, it's only the Appeal Court that that can order a retrial if there well–substanted legal grounds for it , and not because an uninformed supporter of a convicted international terrorist craves. The SAN has spoken, and only the truth.

Maybe if the Appeal Court is considerate , they can rule on a mistrial based on incompetent representation .

But that won't set aside the current conviction tho.

Kanu should then be able to enter a plea bargain and plead to lesser crimes and if his allowed in court show humility .

Which mistral? You're coming with your mhadhness again? You people lack understanding. Where did the lawyer attribute Kanu's self infliction. Pervasive ignorance in your region is always insurmountable obstacle for you to clear and realistic grasp of issues. You must always resort valueless sentiments even on legal matters.
