They lost in 2023 due to several factions. Instead of building a base for the next election, they went to court on a delusion that they won the election. What were the grounds?

1. That Kashim Shettima was not validly nominated.
2. That there was a drug forfeiture.
3. That Tinubu did not graduate.
4. That they won the election.

They spent time obtaining depositions that proved Tinubu graduated and they were told Kashim Shettima was validly nominated. They brought a strange witness who could not prove the case of forfeiture. They failed to provide alternative figures different from what INEC declared. One of the Obidients who started a twitter collation based on Forms EC8A stopped after his compilation tallied with INEC compilation.

After wasting almost one year doing legal jumpology, Atiku called for a coalition. Atiku went to town to meet people and build a coalition. At first, they wanted ADA, then settled for ADC. The acquisition of ADC is still in court. Suddenly, some human beings who were partly responsible for the opposition losing in 2023 joined the coalition and said the owner of the coalition must step down for their man. They insisted on no competition but a coronation. So they joined a party without negotiation terms? Has any footballer joined a club without negotiations?

After failing, they carried their wahala to another party.

Now, the opposition is in disarray because the opposition has no leadership. Those doing opposition have no capacity in building anything. In 2020 when APC was in crisis, Buhari intervened, removed Oshiomole and installed a caretaker. He also asked that all cases in court be removed.

Atiku has not shown the maturity for conflict management. Sadly, conflict management is part of the job. Obi also failed to provide leadership in Labour Party and blamed the government of the day.

The opposition wants power, they don't want to lead or repair anything. It is their internal crises that would consume them above anything else.

Tinubu is not their problem; they are their own problem!

The police has no right to ban anything that's not under its control. POSs are under the control CBN, only they can tell the POSs what to do or what not. Also the Local Government Council, by legislation. The police is not a legislative arm of government. They are law enforcers, not lawmakers. The POS should go to court.
