degamonn: This happened at NYSC Orientation Camp, Wannune, Takar Local Government Area,Benue in the just concluded camping of of 2012-Batch B.
This woman applied for redeployment on marriage grounds and when she was granted the permission to leave the camp, she stole a Black Berry phone belonging to a fellow corps member and hid it in her pants. Every corps member in her hostel was asked if they saw the phone but no one admitted seeing the phone.
Unfortunately for the woman, when she was leaving the camp her belonging had to be searched at the gate and in the process, the stolen Phone rang severally and the security men at the gate insisted that she must answer her call having noticed that there were several reports of stolen items and most especially phones at the camp. It was at that process the phone was discovered in her pant and the NYSC authorities insisted that the husband must come before she could be released.
If you are the husband of this woman who subjected her husband to public disgrace and humiliation of that nature, what will you do to her? Retain her or divorce her?

well, left to me am not sure d NYSC authority has d right to insist d husband must show up,what if d husband is not in the country. he go fly come bcoz of BB? not interested men....

kcpumpin: Kismo- thanks 4 dat. That info u gave however speculative, adds up quite adequately. The reason being that this present recruitment scandal is very contagious and it is spreading wide as people who got affected are raising alarms on other sectors. So I think it will only be wise if they advertise it even though we know underground runs will still be d major basis for issueing appointment letters.
