OBJ's desdain for the judiciary is not new. so leave mata.

From what I know, delegates are nominated by the party's office holders - eg President (in the case of PDP), governors, legislators, in addition to being delegates themselves also have a fixed number of additional delegates they can bring. Then other influential members of the party, (eg major funders) can also nominate delegates. Sometimes if you have the money, with the right contacts, you can become one. It is then the job of the screening committee to decide which of the nominees become official delegates with voting power. Na here issues they plenty (cf Lagos PDP primaries).

Technically the delegates are supposed to have the real power since they determine who becomes the party's flagbearer, but we know that's not the case.

Mtn, African idol, BBA, etc r not charity organizations. They need to make money and to do so means appealing to the desires of the public.

Every blessed day my inbox is bombarded with their phony SMS inviting you for a so called aptitude test/job briefing or chat(wtf?!). The worst of them is med pro global resources. I got so fed up one day, I called their number, warned them to stop disturbing me and remove my number from their database or something.. the guy simply hissed and cut the call.

Just very recently, I got like 3 SMS per day, when I couldn't take the shii anymore I sent them a text and this was their reply:
