I had a similar experience. My polestar TV had screen issue, I took it to there office at alaba,was directed to warehouse where they fix screen,they did it but just 1month and 2weeks it's bad n I regretted very penny I spent. Never again will I waste thousands to repair. Just buy another one n have peace.

First hot water burn is wet heat. What u should do is apply cold water to the affected area. Use eusol lotion to clean d wound and apply dermazin cream. U cover with gauze bandage. The cream helps in hardening the surface of the burn.
