I think you have been indoctrinated to feel guilty about sex so I'd leave that alone.
No, there's no such thing as using someone's fortune. It's a myth.
If you aren't as successful as you're used to, it is possible you've lost your enthusiasm.
If you care enough for a result, you will most certainly attain it.
