judedwriter:At that point, bread was in His hands, but all he wanted, is that salvation be remembered by mankind through Him[and of course, His coming] |
Blackfeather1:You could be right tho! |
Kobojunkie:Believe that by seeing the statue, you remind self of JESUS |
MaxInDHouse:He Jesus, why did he break bread and say, "do this in remembrance of me"? They who worship images are guilty of your opinion, the statue was erected for remembrance purposes I guess (my humble opinion) |
judedwriter:Do this in remembrance of me? |
Cypress042:Blessed are those who have not seen but yet believe, so says the book? |
FatherBona:Perhaps?? |

Sheikh Ahmad Abubakar Gumi, is an Islamic cleric, scholar and former military officer with the rank of captain in the Nigeria Defence Academy (NDA). He is constantly playing the statesman role in the nation by contributing his opinions and critics likewise to both past and present administrations. In his usual manner, he recently contributed to the worsening condition of the nation when he gave his own quota of words of wisdom to the beloved people of Nigeria. He is quoted to saying that the next President is going to face a lot of challenges in the already messed up state of the country. "In a metaphorical sense, the nation is suffering from three main disabling diseases. They are Leprosy, Diabetes, and HIV/AIDs; all in one body." Source: Punch News Explaining what he meant, he stated that In referring to leprosy, which is a disease that attacks the sensory nervous system while the brain is unaware of the suffering of the extremities, that the presidency, which represents the brain, is not getting the exact picture of the grassroots suffering and the top notch poverty attacking the masses and this is because the feedback system is attacked by corruption, wickedness, and immorality. Speaking on diabetes, he states how the body (nation) receives excess sugar (resources) which are unable to get into the body tissues for metabolism, thus leaving this excesses in the bloodstream (leaders) thereby destroying vital organs (unrest) Coming down to HIV/AIDS he said, "With HIV, the defence system is weakened to the extent that a small group of rascal criminals can cause the nation unrest and bring it to a halt" _ source: Punch News Going further he suggested that the next President needs to be intelligent to be able to spot men with insight, rather than a pack of ‘loud and haughty’ persons with an impulsive temperament that is after the praise of biased citizens and also avoid gullible religious leaders who dances to the tune of each administration. What do you? Please do not insult anyone trying to make your own opinion in the comments below, thanks |

The former governor of Jigawa state in a recent interview with THISDAY, adviced Nyesom Wike, governor of Rivers, to stop complaining about his fate in the outcome of the presidential primary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) held sometimes earlier this year. Prior to the unveiling of a running mate, Nigerians believed that governor Wike would be favoured by Atiku but the former VP picked Ifeanyi Okowa instead, the governor of Delta State. When inquired on the motive behind his decision, Atiku was quoted to have said he chose someone he could work with amicably leading to Wike countering the statement by saying the VP lied on him In the interview with THISDAY, Governor Sule-Lamido, also a staunch PDP member and chieftain, asked his co-partyman, Wike to learn from Vice-President, Yemi Osinbajo and Rotimi Amaechi, former minister of transportation, who both lost the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential primary and accepted the defeat in good fate. In his words exactly, “Look at the APC party primaries, Vice-President Osinbajo was humiliated...Amaechi was given the same treatment; they took it as mature men and did not go about complaining as Wike is doing. This is called maturity. “Do you know why? This is because the party is supreme. You cannot be bigger than your party. Party is organic. The convention has come and gone. “Osinbajo, Lawan and Amaechi have shown maturity because their party has spoken. If Wike is in the APC will he be talking and behaving as he is doing now? What do you make of this statements? Drop your comments in the section below
