i dont think its a technical ish! It seems NYSC don't ve adequate funds for stream 2 and at the same time i think its likely go a be after the ramadan kareem. From a source, i heard we likely gona be mobilized on the 12th july 2016.

am a fresh graduate bro. I graduated hitch freely... Stream 2 is not necessarily for those with issues graduating. It's most probably more of fate. So stream one ain't in any way better than stream 2.

NYSC BREAKING NEWS!!!!
Nysc has reiterated their commitment towards a successful hosting of 2016 batch A stream 2 PCM. This followed the outcome of yesterday's BOD meeting in Abuja.
The Director of publicity and planning further stressed on the need for Stream 2 PCM to debunk all rumours as the NYSC time table remains unchanged. The current 2016 batch A stream 1 corp members will be leaving Camp on the 13th May, 2016. In the same vein, printing of call up letters for stream 2 PCM commences on that same day.
NYSC would like to wish all stream 2 PCM successful camping and safe journey to their respective states of deployment as camp opens 21st May, 2016.
