The USA has a terrible track record of training national armies to defeat terrorists and other militaries: The USA trained the Iraqi military ---------> IFS (ISIS) curb stomped the Iraqi military The USA trained the Malian military ---------> The Tuaregs and Islamist gunmen bitch slapped the Malian military. The USA trained the South Vietnamese military ----------> The North Vietnamese and Vietcon armies bumraped the South Vietnamese military. See the pattern emerging?
