Infant mortality rate of Togo was something like 300 per 1000 at independence, showing a total neglect of health by the colonialists. That figure is about 80 per 1000 today under African rule, and falling year on year.

Same horrific percentages apply to the other black nations ruled by Europe. SO PLEASE STOP SPREADING LIES HERE.
