I need your kind suggestions urgently PLEASE

I, my wife and son are going on a visiting visa to Canada
we paid for the application fee plus biometrics for my wife and i which summed up to 470 cad

My wife's Biometrics letter came out instantly and proceeded for capture

mine hasnt come out till this moment , when i raised a web form about my biometrics letter , i got a mail that i have to pay for my application fee and biometrics and upload reciept to my profile . Rememeber i have already paid 470 cad which is the sum total of application fee and biometrics for us.
I have uploaded the receipt to the portal, but yet to get any response after 10days now

Has anyone experience any situation like this , whats the best solution please

in the case i pay again, will i get a refund of the earlier payment made?
