Anyone that is objective can not be on the side of Falz in this matter.I was at first surprised reading of reading people defense of him.Even the post is bias in the report because it's said"VDM claimed...".VDM was not the source of the audio,why didn't Falz go after Bob, the alleged source? I tell you that if that audio was to be fake, the other party would have since produce evidence to back it up. Again,why did Bob pay the money he was owing the guy after vdm called out shim. I don't see Falz winning vdm in court, going by what we know, so I see that those on the side of Falz are merely bias because he is their favorite celebrity or he is their tribe's man. Those of you insulting VDM here,it will interest you to know that in all the videos made by vdm following this saga, the dude had always display immense respec for the SAN, Falz's dad,even calling him grandfather of the struggle, so which apology can be greater than that.No, they want an apology that is subject to acceptance or not, forgetting that apologizing is indirectly admitting guilt, especially from all indications the audio could be true.So Why apology when you have not been able to tell the whole world that this thing the guy said is true.Falz should just forget about the case, it's won't be a good one.

It was absolutely WRONG for Folarin and his father Femi Falana, SAN, to NOT take up criminal defamation action in court against this young man to serve as a lesson to others because they want to be politically correct. This will come back to haunt them as can be seen by responses of some people who still insult them online while referencing that leaked audio recording. The reason why a lot of the younger ones and even some older people criminally defame others online and offline relentlessly is simply because they do NOT know the law. You have absolutely NO freedom anywhere in the world to RUN your mouth while engaging in gross character assassinations. From the United States, to the United Kingdom, France, to Japan, India, Cote d'Ivoire, etc, you defame people and you'll swiftly see the consequences of your leaking mouth!

Globally, online and offline defamation of character is a CRIMINAL offence in any country as long as you've got water-tight evidence. The offender will always pay for his or her stupidity after being brought to justice.

The young man called VDM himself later realized that he was WRONG and that's why he apologized to Mr. Femi Falana, SAN, when he went for the hearing into the case at the National Assembly in the FCT.
