Nowhere it says the property was sold for less than 120 million, it says refund them 112.5 million, the difference in the family’s evaluation, & what the bank sold the mortgaged property for.

I am owing the bank 100 million Naira interest included, a member of the NIESV has valued the property at 140 million, the bank at foreclosure sells it 105 million without my consent, the bank is owing me 40 million Naira.

Just a pity refund 112.5 million Naira? some bank officials are going to lose their jobs because of this property sale error under the pressure their same superior officers must have put on them to get the money back by any means necessary.
