Politics › Re: Fuel Subsidy Removal: How To Become Rich From It by blackpanda: 8:23am On Apr 24, 2023 |
PapaGfad: To effectively answer this, we need to first streamline the main areas that will be affected. And without doubt, TRANSPORTATION will be the first sector to take the hit, thereafter a chain reaction across all sector including the oppurtunistic nature of Nigerians.
One major venture that I believe will help anyone become rich as a result of d fuel subsidy removal, is urban farming. Or maybe I should say backyard farming in the cities. However, this must be well managed.
Transporting food from the rural areas will certainly influence d cost of buying them but with systemised backyard farmers in the cities who may not need to transport their produce before sales, the oppurtunity seems huge. Except that u won’t be able to sell in the market. They have union that won’t let u sell below price |

Politics › Would Buhari Have Been Better as Nigerias Ceremonial King by blackpanda(op): 8:05am On Apr 24, 2023*. Modified: 8:24am On Apr 24, 2023 |
If Nigeria operated a monarchy like Britain, President Buhari would have been the best to serve as king.
In my opinion, Buhari couldn’t give the best as President not because he didn’t have good intention but because of his natural gift and flaws. Buhari is a solid, unshakeable and unfortunately unreachable leader. One of his main character flaws is his inability to reach the masses on a personal level. But the advantage of this is his ability to ignore the naysayers and irrational critics who spent 8years insulting him. This is the attribute of monarchy, never engaging on a lower level. Their nose is always pointed up.
But then again, who would have succeeded him?
Nigeria may have been better off with a President who can personally engage and relate with the people. But in 2015 and 2019, in my opinion, Buhari remained the only reasonable choice.

Can you beat your chest and say that you know who Tinubu is?
Why would a candidate that will rule a Country like Nigeria be enmeshed in identify theft, his educational background questionable, involved in Narcotics drug dealings both in US and Guinea Conakry, accused of being a citizen of Guinea Conakry.
Don't forget that most of these revelations came from individuals who now surround him and also who are members of his party. The APC For example, Festus kayemo and FFK Keep deceiving yourself. May 29 is almost here. E go clear for u no worry. |
