You did not understand what he said there. YarAdua had failed to abide by the constitution and thus left a vacuum which inadvertently led to chaos. Buhari was calling for intervention from House of Reps (the people have the mandate to impeach a president if he has failed to carry out the obligations of oath)

In Buhari's case there's no need for intervention, he has already done what is constitutionally required ahead of his incapacitation.

I know Americans are more understanding than Nigerians when it comes to patriotism especially when trillions of Dollars have been genuinely made privately by private citizens hence they would not let the great USA be put to shame like Nigerians are doing to their country because trillions of Dollars where made by public officials serving the government. Trump and Buhari both have a similar economic policy" use your comparative advantage" Buhari said "produce and buy Nigeria" Trump said " Buy America, Hire America" what was the response from Nigerians, we couldn't take the advantage of the initiative becouse those with the means got them illegally and would not invest through proxies. So we are stucked. Except we grow at this slow pace or we go back to importing everything and create a huge deficit balance of payment. Americans on the other most likely will respond to the policy by quickly investing in those areas of American needs that Trump will stop importation and fill the gap in record time to prevent the Nigerian experience. America will experience a slight inflation because of patriotism. Nigeria is suffering Hyper inflation due to unpatriotic citizens and unwilling local investors and neck deep importers who don't want to embrace change and go into local production. How do you blame a government for doing the right thing because her citizens are ether obdurate or too blind deaf and dumb to see an initiative? Buhari's government is giving no excuses. They are only dealing with a nation of wicked and unwilling citizens( the criminal elite poisoning the minds of ordinary Nigerian against government). Some of which have penetrated their ways into government. So the President and his government has this to deal with.
