I'm told Arabsat was forced to remove Irib packge just like Eutelsat was forced to remove irib package in 2012. Irib show all matches for free. Dstv can't even give its compact subscribers one live match. Where Gtv is showing live match on multi tv for free, Dstv will block this gtv just because their ss3 is showing same match. I don't think so. They left that satellite to arabsat 20E. They were forced to leave that satellite because of EU sanctions or so. The European together with D.s.thieves(dstv) have been fighting both tooth and nail to push Irib from reach of Aricans. Very bad news. So must we all be forced to watch dstv? Very sad news

Qsat not reliable for a family except you have a second option. Big dishes paired with iks is the way forward. If you have good data, a dvbs2 and android combo receiver is another option.

Dstv does not joke with rights issue. I am sure during the u20 world cup, you know how AIT was blank during the matches on DSTV cos they did not have the rights to televise the matches.

The only solution for the long term is a big dish from 3.6m or an android box. I will open an online store if I can get ready supplies especially for these large dishes and good gscam/Linux decoders.

FTA will surely give way to iks. I was in a man's house with a 3.5m dish in Lokoja with a strong 4950hd receiver and he was not enjoying the stations because the most important ones were scrambled.

I got him a mini x4, and he is thanking me everyday. Full EPL, All European league now available at his home unlike before when he was previously going to a viewing centre.

It is true! But some can still be unlocked by nagravision, conax and even the normal biss key. I was using one nagravision key before it got stopped recently. The truth is, they are hackable! Some times conax is hard to hack, it doesnt mean it is not hackable. It is hard because of the large number of strings/characters that one needs to enter in the 8282 box. Conax, nagra, biss, All these are hackable, they just need patients.

Well, don't forget that those keys are automatically updated per minute. Unlike biss keys which don't change frequently, if any.
I hope you know much about emulators? Ask yourself why Qsat uses Simcard.

It is liveonsat.com. That place is not a reliable place for Irib schedules! On Irib official website, they have written DELAY against the Arsenal v Chelsea match. The time stated there, even shows they will show the match in the night. The most authentic place to get full irib weekly schedules, is metafootball. There,they didn't include arsenal v Chelsea in their schedules at all.

One thing about Irib is that, even if el clasico time clashes with any important match involving the Iranian home team, they will sacrifice the el clasico and show DELAY version later in the day.

This is not the first time they are doing it. Real madrid v Atletico, even just recently Barcelona v Almeria, int't friendly btn I think Spain and Holland etc. Many examples
