Sorry to burst your bubble, but gay movies have been in Nigeria for years.  There is a growing gay subculture over here, however much we may want to deny it.  And we can not blame the white westerners for bringing their stuff into our country, it has been here all along.   Let's get real now, just because we do not shout it from the roof-tops, does not mean that it is not happening in the basement.

There is a very nortorious African gay website with male African youth and adults engaging in all sorts of gay sex and from some of the images I have had the misfortune to see, they do not look as if they are being forced to do what they are doing.  One could assume they are doing it to pay their school fees or being forced into it because of their poverty status, but the fact that there is such a demand for this kind of thing in Nigeria, should tell us something regardless how appalling it may be, there are those in positions of authority who know it is going on and are turning a blind eye.  Why?

So the question is not are we actually ready, but, are we really that blind that we did not realised it is already happening?
