After the death of my father my mother gave the house documents to her junior brother to keep while I was abroad.Now that I lost our mum I have been trying to get this documents back but my uncle has been avoiding me.I am afraid he does not use this document to borrow money or worst sell the house.I will appreciate your advice on this topic.
