i am a new bee who is very much intereested in web designing
because of my interest i started from the very first thread,
i 've downloaded joomla, and installed ampps

but when i try the localhost:8080/phpmyadmin on my web browser.
i get this error message:

[center][/center]Unable to connect

Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at localhost:8080.



please help...i don't know what to do
