I live in Diaspora and havehad some inkling to hoe their givernment works. The truth is their system is heavily subsidised too, especially food, medical and gas aupply. I was ahocked to read how much the government pays to subsidies gas here.

My grouse is blatantly stating that the removal of subisdy was the only way to curb snuggling was not only ignorant, it was mischiesf. In other climes, they would have tightened their borders rather than remove the only safety net the poor masses enjoyed. Why is Germany, China UAE, Jordan, Morrocco, etc not claim that they need to remove the subsidy on gas because they think they are being smuggled out. Think about it deeply.
