They are paid same thing.

The difference is that in Tech GT, you can only move within the Tech space. For regular GTs, they can move anywhere.

After their online test.
They sent a mail saying I didn’t meet the cut off.

This is a myopic take. Many of us are pursuing our masters in foreign universities and we are in Nigeria.
Others are pursuing theirs in Nigeria and they attend lectures Part time during weekends.

We can take exam leave and write exams. The bank has made provision for this. The bank even pays up to 80% of your school fees via bursary for members of staff. 8-5 does not necessarily mean you get home around 9.

People find what works best for them and adapt. Getting a masters degree while working in a bank is herculean but it is 100% doable and possible with proper planning and the right support.

Please I applied for the graduate trainee program but I was given a reject mail. Today I got a mail asking if I was interested for a sales role. I am skeptical about it.
Please is there a WhatsApp group for this years graduate trainee program?
