Hello doc, ever since i have the last abortion i did in 2014, ive been experiencing painful measuration, heavy flow and pain in my pelvic. And breast milk discharge if i squze my breast.
I went to the hospital, i did pelvic scan which reads, A NON-GRAVID ANTEVERTED UTERUS IS SEEN MEASURING 44×39MM WITH HOMOGENOUS MYOMETIAL ECHOES.
BOTH OVARIES ARE NORMAL.
NO ABNORMALITY NOTED IN THE ADNEXAE.
SLIGHT FLUID NOTED WITHIN THE POSTERIOR-CUL-DE-SAC
NO EVIDENCE OF CYESIS
IMPRESSION:ACYESIS
PID
HORMONAL IMBALANCE.
NB:HVS, URINE MCS, HORMONAL PROFILE ADVICE.
PLS doc what does all this mean, can i still conceive because ive been trying to conceive and it's not coming forth. Pls i need your advice. Tnx
