It depends on the school you graduated from. As far as I know Uniben graduates makes use of their expired ID card in camp. While DELSU makes a new ID card for NYSC use only. So its best you ask from your fellow school mates who have served.

Shebi na October Batch C 14 wan pass out. To me, I feel STREAM ONE would make a lot of sense. There would be a lot of vacancies in many PPA due to the passing out of Batch C. So no stress for PPA.
