Nice one boss, but I think given the person freedom to choose if they want the money cash or if they want a sponsorship for prop firm account will be better, the reasons why I said so is because i have seen a profitable trader that failed FTMO challenge twice, when I asked him why he failed despite been a profitable trader, he said the FTMO challenge rules does not favour his trading style, it was then I realize that u can still fail prop firm challenge even if u are a profitable trader


So, for this reasons I think it will be more better to give the winner the freedom to choose if he/she want the prize as cash or want sponsorship for prop firm account

You are right boss, I have experience this before, most of the account I blow in the past was due to greediness and over leverage, who ever want to go far in this business most 1st learn to accept whatever the market gives him
