Hello Everyone,

I need advice or insight from anyone who has experienced a similar situation. My fiancé attended a B1( Conference)visa interview today at the Abuja embassy, but the consulate was unable to retrieve his DS-160 application from their system. Despite their efforts, they couldn't access it. They advised him to quickly fill out a new DS-160 form, which he did. However, upon his return, they were still unable to retrieve the new application.

The consulate supervisor informed him that the issue has been escalated to the U.S., and they will send him an email once it is resolved, at which point he can return for his interview.

Has anyone encountered a similar problem? Thank you.
