I live in Festac and that 23 rd market is the only well built and structured market in Festac.
That market does not intrude or affect any master plan unlike Agboju market at second gate Festac which is located along the road and causes alot of traffic in that area.

That not withstanding, we give our workers some space to breath even if they can't get their permanent 15 petty savers (for those of them that would get it themselves), we give them time that is flexible enough for even the laziest of worker to get the permanent 15 petty savers, so while they're in the process of doing so, their salary remains constant and untouched.
