congratulations my guy. You will be rich soon. Report the case in your state CID headquarters, from there they will take it up. Police will burst them and you'll claim hooge damages. VenExchangee: Good day Nairalanders, I need sincere advice. I met a lady called Chinelo on TikTok around November 2024. We later moved to WhatsApp and became close. She is from Anambra State, I am from Delta State, and she stays in Asaba.
During the Christmas period, I suggested she visit me, but she insisted that I should come to Asaba instead. After some arguments, I agreed.
I travelled to Asaba on December 24. We met around the Coca-Cola area, stayed together in a hotel for about five days, and I later returned home.
About one week later, she told me she was pregnant for me. I was surprised but asked her to go for a pregnancy test and even offered to send money for it. She refused, which made me uncomfortable, so I decided to end the relationship.
About a week after the breakup, she sent me a message saying she would soon get married to another man and mocked the pregnancy issue. I congratulated her, after which she blocked me. A few days later, she unblocked me and we chatted briefly. She later asked if I could come to Asaba so we could have s*x one more time. I refused, and she blocked me again.
On Sunday, February 1, someone messaged me saying they were looking for her and asked if I had seen her. I thought it was a prank but still shared the little information I had.
Out of concern, I later messaged her younger brother to ask if it was true that they were looking for her. He responded angrily and told me not to message him, so I blocked him.
This morning, I received a WhatsApp message from someone claiming to be her mother, accusing me of kidnapping her daughter. She threatened me with deities, said she has my picture, demanded that I return her daughter within one week, and said I would pay back everything collected from her daughter double.
No police has contacted me. I am only receiving threats via WhatsApp.
For clarity: I have not seen her since December I do not know her current location I did not kidnap anyone I am only being threatened online
Please, I need advice:
What is the best step to take immediately?
Should I report this at the police station now? |
Crime › Gunmen Killed 162 People In Kwara State. by BlocksNG(op): 5:32pm On Feb 04*. Modified: 5:51pm On Feb 04 |
Government blames ‘terrorist cells’ for attack in Woro village, one of country’s deadliest in recent monthsMore than 160 people have been killed in a village in western Nigeria in the country’s deadliest armed assault so far this year, an aid official and a local politician have said, as communities reel from repeated, widespread acts of violence perpetrated by armed gangs and jihadists. The death toll from Tuesday’s attack in Woro in Kwara state stood at 162 on Wednesday afternoon, according to Babaomo Ayodeji, the Kwara state secretary of the Red Cross.Sa’idu Baba Ahmed, a politician in the Kaiama region, told Reuters gunmen had rounded up residents, bound their hands behind their backs and killed them. The attackers also torched homes and shops. “As I’m speaking to you now, I’m in the village along with military personnel, sorting dead bodies and combing the surrounding areas for more,” Ahmed said, putting the toll at 170. Ahmed said many people had fled into surrounding bushland with gunshot wounds and that the whereabouts of several people, including the village’s traditional king, were unknown.Residents told Reuters the gunmen were jihadists who often preached in the village and that they demanded that locals ditch their allegiance to the Nigerian state and switch to Sharia, Islamic law. When the villagers pushed back, the militants opened fire during Tuesday’s sermon, the residents said. Officials have not said whether the attack was carried out by jihadists or armed groups known in Nigeria as “bandits”. Police have confirmed the attack but have not provided casualty figures. The Kwara state governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, condemned the attack as “a cowardly expression of frustration by terrorist cells following the ongoing counter-terrorism campaigns in parts of the state”. Kwara borders Niger state, which is targeted increasingly by armed gangs. The military recently carried out operations in the area against what it called “terrorist elements”. Nigeria is in the grip of multiple interlinked security crises, including a jihadist insurgency in the north-east and north-west, a surge in looting and kidnappings for ransom by bandit groups in the north-west and north-central regions, and ongoing intercommunal violence in the central states. In a separate attack on Tuesday, gunmen killed at least 13 people in Doma village in the Faskari area in Katsina state in the north-west, police said on Wednesday. Last week, armed extremists in the north-east killed at least 36 people during separate attacks on a construction site and on an army base. Tuesday’s attack happened despite a series of peace deals brokered between armed groups of motorcycle-riding bandits and villagers in the 11 local government councils most affected by the violence in Katsina state. The deals were negotiated by community elders and traditional rulers and reportedly backed by local authorities. Faskari, a predominantly farming and animal husbandry area, was one of those councils.https://www.theguardian.com/world/2026/feb/04/gunmen-west-nigeria-attack-red-cross2https://www.abc.net.au/news/2026-02-05/gunmen-kill-162-people-in-nigeria/106306892https://www.reuters.com/world/least-35-killed-bandits-raid-kwara-state-community-lawmaker-says-2026-02-04/https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.aljazeera.com/amp/news/2026/2/4/gunmen-kill-more-than-30-people-in-nigerias-kwara-state-authoritieshttps://www.bbc.com/news/articles/ckgvllk3lx9oCc Mynd44 OAM4J

You be haype WizardOfNG: Something is wrong with you.Coming from a member of an ethnic group who always claim "injustice" is routinely meted out to you and your people, can't you simply watch the video and give your view on it, and it alone, if a decent human being still capable of seeing ahead clearly?
You lot shout injustice always yet perpetually let yourselves down speaking as if two wrongs make a right when you should be the most staunch against injustice meted out to anyone if you truly resent injustice and are genuine victims of it.
Must everything, even when such does not minimally concern you, be used to direct thoughts and attention to your own perceived 'unjust' victimhood? |
