Adams Oshiomole, the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has accused the PDP of planting the alleged 3rd term agenda of President Buhari in the media.

President Buhari in his New Years’ day letter to Nigerians once again dismissed rumors that he will be seeking a 3rd term in office.

Speaking with state house correspondents after meeting with President Buhari on Thursday, January 2nd, Oshiomhole alleged that the PDP planted the idea of third term agenda by President Muhammadu Buhari in the sub-conscious of most Nigerians to further confuse the political space.

Bayern Munich defender, Jerome Boateng is set to join Arsenal in this January’s transfer window.

According to Sky Sports, Arsenal have opened talks with the Bundesliga champions in a bid to sign the Germany international this month.

The newspaper reports that Bayern are demanding £12.75million fee for the centre-back.

Boateng has made just 15 appearances for Bayern this season.

The 31-year-old’s position at the club is currently under threat from Benjamin Pavard and David Alaba.

BREAKING NEWS! Court Orders Arrest Of Naira Marley Over Car Theft

According to the News Agency of Nigeria, The chief magistrate, Mr Tajudeen Elias, ordered that the Investigating Police Officer, Sgt. Sunday Idoko, must present Naira Marley in court on December 21, when the case would be listed for further hearing.

However, two of the musician’s brothers and his cousins appeared in court over alleged theft of a car and a cell phone.

The defendants, Idris Fashola, 18, Babatunde Fashola, 24; and Kunle Obere, 22, are facing four counts bordering on conspiracy, stealing, assault and obstructing the arrest of Naira Marley.

The prosecutor, ASP Edet Okoi, told the court that the three defendants committed the offences on December 16, at Eko Hotel Roundabout on Victoria Island, Lagos.

World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has issued Russia a four-year ban from international sporting competition over doping failures.

The World Anti-Doping Agency’s board made the announcement after they convened on Monday for a meeting around the International Olympic Committee’s headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland.

The agency disclosed that Russia planted fake evidence and deleted files linked to positive doping tests that could have helped identify drug cheats.

American rapper, Juice Wrld, who was known for being open about his battles with drug addiction and mental health, died from a seizure on Sunday, December 8, 2019.


The 21-year-old Chicago rapper whose real name was Jarad Anthony Higgins suffered a seizure after arriving Chicago’s Midway airport and was bleeding from the mouth when paramedics got to the scene.
