Did you submit the reference of the two places?
If it's just one place you submitted, use the recent payslip, like they said they don't want you to account for everything

So can I use pay slip 2024 and use bank statement of 2025

I’ve worked in two different places and I don’t have pay slip of my former job

Print your bank statementfor like 3 month minimumor 6 months that shows the salary that entered and also submit payslips also

Must the payslip date correspond with statement date

I got this mail from ukvi what should I do

I can see that you have sent a letter from your employment, but if you can please give more information:
What is your job role?
How long have you worked there for?

Please also provide Payslips and bank statements with regular salary being deposited.
