Rusky! am surprised that at your age you still talk like a toddler. Has it never occured to you that some empty-headed student bribe lecturers to graduate with a good grade,while some shameless female students sleep with lecturers in the name of first class. If you ask for my opinion i will say some employers especially Banks are only been stupid by enacting such useless policies especially now that the government is trying to curtail the rate of unemployment. Graduates with grades below 1st class and upper credit should be given the priviledge to compete with the so-called 1st class graduate in an apptitude test and see if some of the 1st class graduate will not perform poorly. so Rusky i don't buy your idea of saying some employers need just 20, 30, or 40 people, it is absolutely bullshit to me.
