You can't fix exchange rate without employment and increase productivity. I work in the Healthcare system overseas and a patient care in my unit per day is 30 million naira. Many leaders from Africa spend lot funds taking care of themselves leaving you for GOD miracle. You don't refine your petrol, lithium and Gold and import many things waiting for exchange rate to improve without producing things is impossible. You can't produce things without employment.
