REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION
- BSc/ HND/ OND in Estate Management or related field (Course of study should not be a deterrent as far as you are ready to learn).
- A young, vibrant and intelligent person of not more than 30years of age.
- Excellent command of English language.
- Proficiency in the use of computer and internet will be an advantage.
- Ability to drive will be an added advantage.
- An indigene of Akwa Ibom State with ability to communicate in Ibibio language will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Good inter-personal relationship is a prerequisite.
- Good knowledge of Uyo and surrounding areas will be an added advantage. These areas include, but not limited to Abak, Eket, Calabar, Port Harcourt.
- Applicant must be resident in Uyo, the state capital of Akwa Ibom State.
- Passion for real estate and property business.
