My aunt is a Christian and she married a Muslim man, one day she was complaining to me that she is not allowed to go to church anymore, but he doesn't force her to practice the muslim religion either. I guess she is an atheist now.

When is Nigeria going to step up its game? The girls looked pitiful! Apart from looking underweight and malnourished, their hair was terrible!!! Why they could not do nice and new hair styles? Their hair looked dirty and messy, it was like they did it 3 months ago! I don't care what anyone thinks, its my opinion that if you are going to represent your country for the whole world to see, you should at least try to look presentable. It is a soccer game, I know, but people make comments of their looks and generalize it to the entire country! Next thing I will hear is "Nigerian girls look ugly", then I have to explain that not everyone look this bad! How can people believe me if an entire soccer team looks sloppy? SMH

So, I wasn't raised in Nigeria and I am married to a nigerian. The problem is that I feel like a fish out of the water, just because I can't speak any dialect! Every time we are with friends or family, they speak to each other in their own dialect, so I am always left out of the conversation! Even my husband does that! I am very sad and upset with this situation! I am trying to learn my husband's dialect, but it is very hard to learn it on my own! Can someone tell me what to do
