I just spoke with a CC agent and i was told this plan only works on selected sim card and a single time, that is a customer can only enjoy this plan once! And cannot autorenew it again!

I just bought some airtime hoping to sub for this plan but i was served with a hot plate of disappointment

PS: Only sim cards that are 0-2 months Only can enjoy this plan even if you get insufficient balance as a response when you dont have airtime doesn't mean you are eligible....

The data war is taking another dimension. I got an sms from etisalat about their new plan.
Etisalat now offers 1gb for N500 with 30 days validity. This is the cheapest 30 days validity plan with the fastest network ever. I dont know if it is this month only or ongoing.

These telcom operators don't know that a good customer service care is one of the reason people leave and stay on their network.

MTN just ripped me off and instead of settling the issue the customer care agent ended the call on me. They always do that to me. In addition they take ages to connect. While Etisalat have never done before, it takes under 2 minutes to connect to them, and they are the best i have come across.

Etisalat wins it for me, Glo customer care agents are so angry and insulting, MTN agents are so impatient, can't tell of airtel since its been long i used them.

I had no problems registering my business online with CAC. The only issue i had was solving queries after queries till i finally got my certificate after 2 weeks (which usually should have taken 48 hours)
