POS has eliminated the stress of visiting ATMs. Like any other business the job comes with risks too. They get robbed. At times, they make erroneous transfer, some make payment in good faith when alert refuses to drop. Some of them are scammers. I believe most businesses must be regulated to make them serve better. It's not wrong to fall out with one's benefactor. It's wise to close every door gently in case you need to enter it again. I learnt that from Mike Murdock's book, The Secret of the Journey. Even if he's good some women will still cheat. It's like a curse. I have seen a married woman sleeping with 3 men around the same time. Excuses could be, he's not available, he's not caring, he's supportive, he's not good in bed. I know a lady that moved out of the house because the husband put the clothes on the chair when fumigating the house. I have been close to few on the verge sleeping with other men. Whatever you tell them at that point wont enter. They dont want someone telling them otherwise. There was one who visited, did all she could, and threw herself at me, but it didn't work. Thank God for his mercies. As small as fan belt is, it has made a lot of people stranded. Some have left their vehicle at the mercies of strangers to get one. It's more annoying if you experience fan belt cut on a Sunday. You may have to tow your car. I keep some items permanently in my vehicle. They are jumper cable, tow cable, tyre inflator, extra fuses, 2 extra fan belts, allen keys, set of spanner, adjustable spanner, plier, nose plier, extra water, gear oil. At times, you just dont know what will help. A plier helped on a lonely road in 2014 when battery terminal wire pulled off. everythingtall3: |

One of the plagues of this nation is bad leadership. State fund ends in individual pockets. Few people will complain if money is used wisely and the effects are clearly seen. Citizens won't mind to sacrifice for future growth's sake. Here most of those demanding sacrifices are thieves. 2 Likes |

Could it be that they gave her another person's baby at the hospital? I read a leaked message of a lady telling the boyfriend that if she gets pregnant for him she will pin it on his husband. Nothing is absolute. Been driving for over 20 years and I have not been extorted once. The first thing is to know where traps are set for you. I tell people this if a car is on fire is it the loss of frsc? If your tyes are not good and you are not cautious inside rain, to whose disadvantage when there is accident. Their first job should be enlightenment. Ghana police has channels where they do that. One my part i dont drive without valid documents. When one is expired the vehicle is parked at home. When i get new papers i run through it about 3 times to see if my chassis number and other details are correct. I run my insurance through NIID site to know if its genuine. I scan the barcode of other documents. I don't patronize touts when doing car documents. I take my vehicle to VIO test centre. I ensure my tyres are not expired ( according to their 4 years rule). My extinguisher is always on green. I have 2 jacks, 2 caution triangle, 2 extinguishers, 2 extra tyres. Some of them are evil, no doubt. But am always prepared. Bfly: 4 Likes 2 Shares |

Except when jaz or unreasonable trust is involved one should not transact some sum of money without due diligence. Even for sum not more that 500k. Aboki will meet me at the bank. I remember when I needed a friend's black card to shop from China & I had to fund it, I told my pal, meet the Aboki at the bank both of you should be at the counter when he's handling the $, then do the transfer. As far back as at late 90's i write currency number down when going to some shops to sell. The moment we know that most people are crook the better. I guess I have trust issues. Focusmind: 2 Likes |

For me AGO is more important than we think. Most food produce are transported by vehicles using AGO. Most heavy duty machines are designed to run on diesel. Mechanized farming and AGO are inseparable. Most times we buy items like yam, pepper, tomatoes, that have travelled hundreds of kilometres, we pay indirectly for the AGO. I transported gypsum board, profile & some other building material from Ajah to Benin for 280k about 3 years ago. This year when i approached the same transporter he asked me to pay 700k. micxwell: |
