I get you point and clear! I have same problem at the moment. I intentionally bursted an unripe pimple and it left a small noticeable dark spot on my face. So my fiance also complained it changed my facial look. Thankfully, i'm a guy and doesnt really care much though! But the lesson i've learnt is never burst unripe pimples no matter how tempting it appears!!! Finnally, if you're so desperate to get it off, you can visit any of the skin care shops around Ikeja or so in order to find a remmedy so you dont end up complicating issues! You can also make some research via google!
